Manager - Kim Thomas
Kim Thomas - Deputy DSL & SENDCO
I am qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and have worked in Early Years settings for 15 years. I started at Newton Abbot Preschool in 2014 as a Nursery Practitioner part time, I then got promoted to Deputy Manager in 2015 before finally being promoted to Manager in 2020.
I love how no matter how much planning you do or how prepared you feel you are for the day, the children come in and change it completely, no two days are the same and there is always a new way to look at/do something.
I couldn't imagine working in any other profession.
In my spare time I enjoy crafting activities, spending time with my family and walks with my dog Cali.

Louisa Northcott - DSL , Health and Safety Officer
I am qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and have worked in Early Years settings for 7 years.
I really enjoy watching the children grow and gain confidence during their time at the setting, and getting them ready for school.
In my spare time I love to walk my Dog Casper and spend quality time with my family.
